The absolute most amazing gym I have ever been in. Been in hundreds of gyms but none of them as high quality from the weights and machines being so close together to the little boys that I can super set or take their machines to their belongings. You know that when u enter you are here to make gains. You'll see the occasional roach but that's the extra protein needed to get these hard earned gains. Weakness doesn't thrive here it comes down here to die.If you think in life you happen to be successful and think you're above others based on your personality you will immediately know if its true based on truth of the iron and absolute humbleness of the location and its members. Owner and staff super helpful. Will immediately help you and let you know where u stand not only in the gym but in life. If you want to elevate yourself to the next level of fitness, health and lifestyle this...
Read moreWallet-friendly, efficient and no nonsense gym. Conveniently located in Sunnyside , this gym is perfect for locals and non locals. The staff are polite and as I write this the monthly fees are 50 and if you want to just work out for one day it is 10 dollars for 90 minutes. The place itself is very clean and covid safe. Lifting never feels too crowded. There's two power cages, a deadlift mat, a few benches (even one with a fat pad!), and plenty of barbells. There's more than enough cardio equipment, accessory work machines, and dumbbells. There's good airflow from large fans but you'll definitely leave sweaty, which anyone should expect if they're working out.
One suggestion to improve the experience I'd have is to have somewhere for patrons to write down suggestions for the music playlist.
As a caveat, I generally avoid the locker rooms - they're decrepit and need to be ripped out and redone. But in this new era of extended working from home it's not...
