Torsney Dog Run — Attraction in New York

Well-kept by the local community - this dog run is usually popular in the early afternoons, especially during weekends when the weather is nice. Overall a great dog run and very cleanly/well taken care of, but some owners will repeatedly bring their aggressive dogs into the run. I wish there was a better way to regulate or report the owners who insist on bringing aggressive dogs into the park. I would recommend stronger leash rules for...
