Just recently March 24, 2025 I stopped by this bath and bodyworks with my friend to pickup an order I placed online for In-store pickup. The employees in the actual bath and bodyworks section are sweet as a peach, however some of the employees and management in the white barn section need some training on customer service. Naturally me and my friend went to the bath and bodyworks cash registers and let the employee there know we were there for an in store pickup. She kindly referred me to the white barn section, where we were greeted my a friendly staff member restocking the shelves and cleaning up shattered glass. She said loud enough for the employee at the register to hear and the tall Caucasian man (whom Iām assuming was in management)standing next to her on the phone to hear. A few minutes pass and a customer proceeds to ask the employee at the register a question she answers and the customer proceeds to join the line behind me. Mind you the employee has her head down pretending she doesnāt see me. It wasnāt until the customer was standing behind me joined the line , that SHE DECIDED TO HELP ME. EVEN WHEN SHE HANDED ME MY BAG SHE DID IT AS IF SHE WAS DISGUSTED AND DIDNāT WANT TO ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH MY HAND. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND WENT TO PLENTY OF DIFFERENT BATH AND BODY WORKS NEVER ONCE RECEIVED THIS TREATMENT EVEN DURING BUSIER SEASONS LIKE CHRISTMAS. IM UTTERLY SHOCKED AND REFUSE TO SHOP THERE UNLESS HR DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND URGE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO SHOP AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. BATH AND BODYWORKS PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY ENJOY WORKING...

I had a cashier by the name of Lovely who was extremely rude and refused to help me identify a past scent I purchased. She saw me walk up to the register as the only customer and she hid in the back . It wasnāt until a line was forming that she came back with an attitude . I asked her if there was a way that she could look up my rewards account to see what scent wallflower I previously purchased, she with an attitude that she canāt do that. I said okay so how would I find it? sheās like well go in your email and look for it. I said Iām having trouble with retrieving my receipt due to the fact that I get a lot of spam emails from you guys. She said oh well I donāt know what you want me to do. Then I found the email on my own and I asked her if she could identify what scent it was, because it was rung up at āWFH multiā and the receipt was confusing . to which she rudely said āI have a line, I canāt deal with this right now. ā I felt so embarrassed and neglected as a guest who was spending money in this establishment, I was prepared to spend way more money, but after being rushed and humiliated by her, Iām not sure I will ever shop there again .if Iām not mistaken as a customer service person, it is your job to assist the customer with finding these things. Especially at Bath and body Works where it is all about set and fragrance. Lovely is rude and should be fired. Point blank. She is a horrible representation of the brand . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI occasionly do buy from bath and body works and the merchandise of the company is decent but the greeters in this location are extremely overbearing and very pushy. I stepped in to this location with my sister and I was immediately approached by one of the greeters, who decided it would be appropriate to shove a candle directly into my face while speaking so fast that I have no idea what she was saying to me. I walked past her trying to be as polite as I could, but she continued to grab random things and stick them in my face while speaking quickly and telling me where to go to find them. I decided to go to another section that i hoped she wouldn't be going to, only to be approached by a male employee who proceeded to start spaying glitter on me and my sister and then walked away only to return with 2 bottles of it, sticking them in our hands and he walked away. I push my sister into another section in the attemps to get away from this guy only to come face-to-face with another employee who proceeded to grabbed my arm and started spraying "God knows what" on it and telling me that I can find this on the shelf. I felt like I was walking into some form of marathon where the employees were racing to try and get as many things into my possession as possible and it was quite Infuriating.
