Came to purchase white air max and they let me try on the right side sneaker & it fit perfect! As soon I was at the register to purchase the sneakers something told me to check the other side & luckily I did & it had a off white yellowish stain on the sneaker! I bought it to their attention and ask for another pair of the same exact sneakers. They check and claim that was the last pair! I stated Iāll still purchase the sneakers just for the fact I like it that much for a little 10% discount being that it was stain. The manager over heard my request and the employee behind the register that was checking my item out offer to sell me a shoe cleaner to resolve our issue instead of the discount. I replied āhow are you trying to sell me a shoe cleaner when shoe was dirty before purchased?ā She stood quiet and the manager offered me another option to buy the sneaker still and theyāll ship another online ! I claim I donāt reside in New York! She said they would send it where ever my residents is within 5 business days. I consent and took that option. Moreless 3 days went by and I called the customer service number to Confirm the delievery of my merchandise. Came to find out the online didnāt have my size in stock and cancel my order! They ask how did I pay I said cash and they said Iāll have to return to that store for my refund. But hopefully Iāll go to another champs tomorrow for my full refund!
