I went in for a manicure and pedicure Saturday 6/24. They had a new male employee do my pedicure. From the moment I sat in the seat it took him over one hour to do my entire pedicure. He was moving so slow it was torture! I watched other people come and go as I sat there for over a hour. He couldn’t even finish the pedicure, another staff member finally jumped in and sped up process after 70 minutes. Another employee rushed through my gel manicure and now 10 days later the gel peeled off of one of my nails. Today I went back into the store to pay for a quick nail fix that should take no more than 5 mins since it’s only nail polish needed. The staff didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in cause it was busy and when I asked the manager for a quick repaint she said it would be a very long wait. The one thing I did wrong was not taking a picture of my nails. Basically one of the manicurist told me that it takes half an hour for regular nail polish to dry. After my nails were done drying for 12 minutes, I left. By the time I went in my vehicle the nails got messed up. The lady that did my nails, put on too much coats of nail polish. I was not given a refund or got my nails done over. I was told that I should have gotten the gel polish because it dries quicker. I usually get my nails done here and have gotten it done here for years. However, I’ve been here two weeks ago on December 16th and got a manicure which I was charged $28 and lasted pretty long until I came back December 30th got a next manicure done by Tina also known as (mei). For starters I was told it was 32 dollars and I literally paid 28 two weeks prior and even went beyond as showing my bank statement, on top of that my nails started to chip the very same evening .
