Be warned. Honest review here. Called them after seeing a car on their website that caught my interest and they told me they still had it so I took a ride over there. I was met by one of the sales associates who informed me that the car was sold earlier that day. Strike one, hate wasting my time. I then told them what I was in the market for and they showed me some options. I asked if they had a dealer fee and they said yes but it depends on the car. Strike two. A dealer fee shouldnāt depend on the car. I read scam but I said letās see how bad could it be. I picked out a car and asked for the final price and they came back with 8k more than the original price and thatās not even counting taxes and tags. 5k for a āreconditioningā fee which they explained thatās how much it cost them to get the car in the shape itās in ( total lie ) and 3k for admin and prep fee. Iām sorry what? Iāve purchased over 20 cars in my life for personal use not counting the ones for business and trust me when I tell you this is a scam. I went online looked at similar cars with similar years and mileage and made them a fair offer compared to the market and they turned it down saying they paid more for the car then what Iām offering. Another lie. I wasnāt going to argue with them tho because whatās the point. What I do know is Iām not going to get scammed so I will be taking my business somewhere else. Probably one of the many dealerships Iāve dealt with in the past that I know donāt rip me off. Letās just hope they have the car I want and no this was not miscommunication.
UPDATE: I found the same car for the same price they were asking no hidden fees but this car only has 32k miles on it whereas the one this dealership was selling me has 88k miles on. I checked the market and for 88K miles my offer was very fair. Itās all good tho because I found the car I want for a fair price. Thanks for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointing experience with this dealership. After confirming a specific car over the phone 2x and the representative told me itās available, I drove an hour, only to be told it had been sold that morning. The lack of communication was unacceptable. The salesman mentioned that although it was listed for $18,000, it was sold for $22,000 because āthatās the market price.ā Not sure who has this type of money to spend on a Honda thatās used coming in for 18,000 and buying for 22,000 complete BS. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable.
On top of that, the customer service was poor. I waited past my appointment time without being acknowledged. When I was finally assisted, the salesman seemed unaware of my appointment and told me the car was sold only after I mentioned it what car I came to see. It felt like they were trying to lure customers in with lower prices online, only to upsell or switch tactics in person. If the market price is higher, why list it for less online?
Overall, a very frustrating and misleading experience. Would not recommend this dealership.
If youāre still coming into the dealership and you call ahead, make sure you ask them to call the front desk at this location to confirm the car is available or not because apparently the phone number is listed online is for customer service and they donāt have the most up-to-date information. The number you called from Google is not the number directly to the dealership. Someone else picks up and then contact the dealership after and they didnāt bother to verify the car was sold or not and that car was sold in the morning and customer service told me that it was still available And made me an appointment for 5:30pm only to find out itās not available. Drove an hour for no reason and just...

Big City Mitsubishi and Luxury Pre-Owned Super Center is a shady car dealership that knowingly sells lemon cars and rip off their customers. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass and within a week the coolant tank was empty. The signs on the dashboard indicated that the engine was overheating. I took it to them to get it serviced and was told that the issue was resolved. Within a week of getting my car back the tank was empty once again and now the check engine light was on. I took it back to them and made it know that I would like to be bought out of my contract since the vehicle isnāt living up to the terms that I signed for within the 30 days on the contract. They told me that I would have to leave the car with them once again so it could be serviced once again. Then they told me they would not be able to buy me out the contract. Once I picked up the vehicle again I was told that the issue was fixed. At this point I was nearing closer to the 30 days. Within two weeks from this pick up the tank was empty once again. I took the car back to the dealership on 12/06 and was told by the manager Raymon that I would hear back on Monday regarding giving back the car and getting my money back. I didnāt hear back from him until I had to call the dealership multiple times over the course of the next few days. He told me that the owners said thereās no way for me to get my money back and give them back the car. I was told I would have to take it up with the bank. As of 1/5/25 I still donāt have my car back and the bank was told the same thing about the dealership not buying...
