Attempted to hire this company for a child's birthday party because I saw on Instagram that they offered a promotion for a bounce house and a concession stand, like popcorn, for 399. I spoke to Sade a few times and she refused to honor the promotion that they advertised . The first time she claimed it will be a small indoor bounce house instead of the full sized one they promoted and then claimed we would have to pay a delivery and set up fee. But their website says delivery and set up is free and included in the price! The next time she claimed that the promotion was only valid Monday through Thursday. So basically they make fake promotions to lure you in and have no intentions of honoring them. We ended up going with cotton candy Clowns who were professional, accomadating, and consistent with the pricing. Integrity...

First and foremost I have to say the owner is amazing. She is professional and supportive in assisting with planning. We hired her for two events back to back. The first event we had to change the date 2 times because of a delay with our street permit. She was patient and understanding. The weather was unpredictable but God came through. The second event had some obstacles with getting a huge 27ft water slide into our yard that was underconstruction. The owner made it happen!! The children were so overwhelmed with joy. This company is worth every penny. It's hard to meet dependable and professional individuals that are friendly. At this point I've made the owner family with all the laughter we have had throughout our planning conversations. The owner is one of a kind you will not regret it!! Hurry...

Their staffs were so professional, kind, and friendly. They patiently show us how to use their popcorn machine and cotton candy machine! Now I know how to make cotton candy!!
