Brooklyn Public Library - Ulmer Park Branch — Attraction in New York

I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my visit yesterday in the afternoon. While I value the services the library provides and appreciate the efforts of its staff, I was disappointed by the behavior of one librarian with a pair of glasses and short hair.

This is a great library. Staff are friendly and will get to know your kids. They have lots of program (much of it transition to virtual during Covid) some of which is still in person. They have (weekly?) grab and go crafts kids for the kids. There is a great selection of books and if you cannot find it can easily place it on hold. It’s clean, has two bathrooms, and free WiFi.
