The park is okay. People should keep their dogs on leashes! Especially if they don’t expect their animals to react dangerously towards anyone in public; should always make sure! This guy walking his daughter’s cocker spaniels, assured my girlfriend and I, whom were passing through the handball courts, that his animals were friendly! He was very wrong! His dogs started attacking my girlfriend and he had no control over them as much as the lady that was with him! For one, there is a sign that states no dogs allowed in the park. People are going to do what they want, but if there animal was on a leash; my girlfriend would have never gotten attacked by those two cocker spaniels! He kept reffering to them as “puppies” but I told him that I’ve worked in animal clinics; and as much as people think their grown animals are babies; they are not! People have to acknowledge responsibility, but I’ve seen the same old man go to the park in the back this time, on the other side of the handball wall. That doesn’t make any difference because his dogs are aggressive!! That man is lucky there wasn’t a small child or baby, to where his dogs really badly injured someone!! My girlfriend had two puncture wounds, that I’ve taken care of at home. Cleaned and disinfected. People shouldn’t have to worry, will my kids get attacked by owners who irresponsibly so called “know their dogs”. Who will be next, if not me, then you, your children, elderly person; point is, if people were cautious, maybe stuff like this would never happen. Follow the rules!!! And even tho that’s hard to do, least leash them!!!!! No harm no foul. Not like last time!!!! Many thumbs down!! Park needs more eyes to keep...
