Cannavita Dispensary — Attraction in New York

Been coming to this dispensary for awhile and usually enjoy my experience. Recently discovered this new brand Moony’s Zooties and was pleasantly surprised for the price. Turns out it is Cannavita’s house brand as it has their name on the filter. The pack came with a coupon for a free joint in the box! What a cool loyalty bonus! Brought it in today and ordered another pack. When I went to redeem the coupon the bud tender was absolutely confused by it. She showed her manager, whom said he didn’t know about it either and that he’d be complaining to the brand (which looks to be theirs) and wouldn’t be able to honor the coupon. I left with my new order but am disappointed as I went out of my way to shop here today and was not treated as a valued customer. Beware of any sales or coupons you may get from them. But I suggest everyone go try to redeem this coupon if they have them, maybe I got the wrong manager today 🤷‍♂️

Updating from 2 to 4 stars. Thank you Cannavita for reaching out, I’ll be sure to stop back in one day and talk with the manager. I am leaving as 4 stars though as I don’t think the “manager” on the floor that day handled the situation well. Everyone else has been amazing at this location usually!

As it being the place I frequent the most and have spent maybe, well, it's not important How much but a lot I update my reviews as I shop. I've come to really enjoy the free delivery, however, the fact that the bonus points can only be redeemed at the store is a little bit of a inconvenience, not a big one.Just a tiny tiny one... When I went to find out about redeeming my points.I was told I'd have to come back in three hours the 3 people in the front, the presumably, two people in the back and the security guard, making six employees total were unable to process a person's wish to redeem their reward points. From then on, it became an issue specifically with a gentleman with red hair shaved on the sides, who seemed bothered by my inquiries about the point system, having wanted to use it to get things like papers.At the very least, and just quitting at the end, leaving with nothing from the rewards points, i've accumulated just out of frustration. I removed two stars because of it.I'm still going to go and there's still my plug, there was an absolutely wonderful girl.And it seemed like another girl training was very kind, but the man who was of knowledge seemed bothered by my inquiries...
