They need to hire better workers in the reception. We drove for a day with no sleep to get there and the receptionist(nadua/ Nadia) told us that we did not have anything booked with them. After waiting for a long time she finally confirmed that it was for 2 days when it was 3 and just would not extend the day. When I told her that someone over the phone confirmed the extension for 3 days. She just shrugged and said “well, it wasn’t me you talked to”. AND she informed us there was no parking when we were told over the phone that there would be parking for us. She refused to even recommend nearby parking spots. Now get this, we were already exhausted and she just contradicts everything we had confirmed over phone! Finally when I asked to speak to someone else, she handed us the phone to the manager/owner who was the woman we spoke to earlier over the phone. She confirmed everything we had agreed upon. We had the whole 3 days of stay and parking magically. The girl in front did not apologize once and had a very irritated look on her face when handing us the key.
After that awful experience, the rest of the experience was fine. And the manager Lily was able to resolve everything for us. They need to hire better workers in the front desk and train them to at least pretend to care about...
Read moreDisgusting hotel, from the start the receptionist didn't even want to speak with me. I wanted to discuss why my flight was delayed/canceled. Straight up said to go to Expedia. Most hotels can cancel but because they knew that I was past my free cancelation date he didn't want to talk. Whoever that person is hope you are happy brother because I was going to bring in exhausted people from Hajj, just remember that this is similar to stealing, don't care if it's the hotel policy but emergencies and accidents can happen. To everyone else if there are any emergencies this hotel will not acknowledge and not even be considerate, they will keep 100% as penalty, I would understand like 50% but no they are straight robbers. They will not speak with you if you reserved through a third party. Horrible customer service. I can not leave a review for the rooms but I will not be back here and will just spend a little more for a hotel that actually is considerate. Accidents and emergencies can happen and every hotel should have a backup policy. What this does is it makes it harder for honest people to lost hundreds of dollars to this hotel. Read moreThis hotel is a joke. First of all the people in the reception area are inexperienced + not willing to help ( I kept asking for a fridge for two nights and they didn't bring one). Rooms don't have iron + iron board, No clothes hanging stuff, and The AC is a disaster (doesn't work effectively and it is very very very loud lol). Everything is weird in this place receptionists, housekeeping, rooms, etc..). Based on my experience the price for a night shouldn't exceed 30$ and the funny is their price is starting from 130$ for a room per night lol.
If you have your room on the street side then Good luck lol, you will never sleep. Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms (so if you have kids and you don't want them to hear the details of the intimacy that takes place in the opposite room, then never come here).
Those people who rated this hotel 5 stars are obviously owners or workers. And I am saying for them it is fine to rate it 5 stars if you know it deserves it, but you definitely know that it doesn't worth a one star.
