My boyfriend and I visited on a 90-degree day, hoping for a relaxing escape after seeing so much buzz about this place on social media. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.
Despite being a weekday, it was overcrowded to the point of discomfort. The women’s locker lounge, in particular, was shockingly unpleasant. One staff member shouted nonstop as if we were in a boot camp. Her behavior was loud, rude, and incredibly unprofessional, I genuinely dreaded walking into that space. It created an environment that felt chaotic rather than calm, and frankly, she should not be in a role that involves guest interaction.
Overall, the staff felt completely mismatched for a space that markets itself as a serene, wellness-focused oasis. The energy was more akin to park rangers policing a campground, loud, harsh, and needlessly aggressive. My boyfriend was even told he couldn’t sit and eat in the indoor lounge simply because he had a t-shirt on. Are u serious? The enforcement of rules felt arbitrary and off-putting.
Aesthetically, the venue is beautiful. The pool area and indoor spaces are well designed, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into the visual presentation. But unfortunately, the staff's behavior undermines the entire experience.
Also worth noting: bring your own lock, they check at the door.

What kind of public pool fails to provide basic locker access when it’s a required part of using the facility? This raises serious questions about whether there’s an inappropriate arrangement between the staff and the locker vendor.
As a taxpayer, it’s frustrating to feel like my money is being wasted on a facility that prioritizes questionable business practices over...
