This hotel is a step back in time, Everything you could possibly need is thought of the staff are really helpful. It is a Jewish kosher hotel in the heart of a Jewish area as a single woman travelling on my own. I felt very safe from the moment I walked in which isn’t always so when travelling to inner city areas the bedrooms are clean they’re not modern but they’re warm. The beds are extremely comfortable. There’s a coffee area even toothbrush shampoo mouthwash, tissues even a stand for a wig is available in the room there is a television and I had a room with a balcony so I could sit outside and watch New York go by in this bustling neighbourhood. If you want somewhere quiet, don’t stay in Central New York but if you want Watch the house of the bus be near Kosher restaurants and shops I highly recommend this hotel I felt welcomed helped protected and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The only slight downside is they don’t have USB ports near the bed. But if I was Topas this way again, I would definitely come back and I will book directly with the hotel

Shower placed in awkward position making it impossible to avoid getting water onto the bathroom floor. Found what looked like mouse droppings on the floor. Front desk staff was friendly but the breakfast staff was just nasty and clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She obviously preferred only the Greek guests and was nasty with anyone else.

I needed a place to stay for 2 nights and looked for place offering parking as well as a sukka. They had both. Place is nice with beautiful balcony and many amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Areas of paint or furniture wear and tear minimal and looks mostly upkept. Would stay there again if in the area.

The linen looks luxurious but it’s not comfortable. The pillows are so soft your head falls in. The mattress is very small and hard and feels like a rocking chair. When u get into bed you are shaking and I felt dizzy. The noise is very loud from the street. The carpet smells. It’s outdated. From the 80’s. There is peeling paint. It needs maintenance. The shower was very good. The soap is really bad. Bring your own. I enjoyed the shower very much. For the price you’re paying u should get better. I came for shabbos and I didn’t eat in. So I can’t tell anything about the food. There aren’t a lot of options in the area so i didn’t have a Choice but I’m disappointed. Please change your mattresses! My husband couldn’t sleep and went home with back pain and ended off with a headache as well. From...

Room is not what I expected. A lot smaller especially considering it's the bridal suite. I don't think it's any different than any other room here but it is twice the price. Supposed to have a complementary bridal basket that's not here as well as a sitting room and love seat, of which there is neither. Hard to find an outlet to charge my devices, no creamer for making coffee in the room. It is a lovely looking hotel, yet, I do not feel welcome. It feels more like I'm a burden to the staff by staying here. Also, no microwave in the room and no extra light blankets or pillows. Beds have a fitted sheet and a comforter and that's it. They go on and on about luxury on their website but this is anything...
