Dragon Master Auto Sound & Security — Attraction in New York

I was looking for a competent shop to install a high end security and remote start system, Install head unit and front and rear cameras on my Excursion. I did extensive research and read tons of reviews. I chose this shop due to the high volume (experience) of installations, and based on the "many" positive reviews. I did have a twitch of nervousness based on the "few" negative reviews. I put my mind to ease by thinking that certain people are just impossible to please, and also sometimes even the best people can have a bad day.. I called and spoke to Doc on phone he was very helpful and friendly, he told me to come in. I arrived and spoke to Eric and told him what I wanted done. He had a great attitude, was very patient, explained my options and gave me a great price. I left my truck and came back later. David, Doc & Daniel did the work on my truck. I was thoroughly impressed by their knowledge, craftsmanship, professionalism of the installation, attention to detail and courteousness of the complete staff. It was a "pleasure" dealing with this business, which is not a word most people associate with "Auto Shops" Everything works perfectly and everything promised was delivered!!! Update.. More than 2 years later, I had a problem starting my vehicle, I thought it was the system (That it needed a reset) because I changed my vehicle battery, I went back and was taken in right away, They checked my vehicle and we found out that the problem was my Ignition Key. It has a battery that needed to be replaced.. Yet again I was impressed by the friendly service and professionalism.. I was only charged a minimal amount, for the battery, even though they checked the system to make sure everything was okay... They stand behind their work.. Even down the road.. Very glad that I got my work...

There service is great is some factors audio and custom detailing etc. But I'm more focusing on getting your tints done here. I was referred by a friend who was really satisfied after 2 years of having them on. So I finally went and got it done all windows including the windshield. I purchased the quality film $175 for the sides and the back and $100 for the front. I took the quality option mainly because I have trouble with light at night and I thought this option would help. I tried it out for about 2 weeks and just felt like it wasn't what I was expecting. Long story short I found a better place "Proline Car Stereo" that more then likely cost more but they had the quality tints I was looking for. They did not charge me to remove it but they informed me on how many scratched was on the glass and the amount of glue used so after 2 hours of removing I have to wait about a week to re tint them. I was shocked to see because with the tint on you would think to see it all but once it was off, under a bright light you see all the cut patterns. Now I'm like I cant get my money back or any easy way out of this but to learn from my mistakes. I went back to them and the guy is telling me they use "Titanium blades" knowing I thought it was suppose to be stainless steel but I'm guessing that works too. I showed him he's telling me basically it was there the whole time. I'm telling myself I know my car well I wash nearly every week. So I left and left it as it is. I dint want to argue with him because it would get me no where. I was there when they were doing my windshield and I seen the blade they used. It wasn't what the manager mentioned. very professional and great quality. I have a 2016 c300 and I wanted to install car play and backup camera. I went to 4 different shops they all told me negative information about how I shouldn’t do it after market .. and a whole lot of other stuff and crazy prices. I came here Eric told me the pros and the cons and gave me a price that beat all the other shops. The installation was amazing and very high quality. My car play works perfect and the backup camera is clear as if it came with the car. I was so happy with his work I went back and installed speakers with him as well and he directed me to the right speakers he thought would be best fit for my car .. and again his prices are unbelievable. He doesn’t rip you off like these other shops that over charge you. Most importantly he got my car done same day I went in , took me in right away.
