Last time I ever order from here. Called to place an order. Guy answered and told me to wait. He put the phone down and answered another call coming in. I could hear him speaking Spanish to the customer who called after me. He took that person's order before mine. I was holding for 10 minutes while he took his time to talk to me. After 10 minutes on hold, he took my order. I could barely hear him speak and he could barely hear me since the music and background noise was so loud. I had to repeat my order several times. Then I told him a was going to use my credit card. He told me to hold on and surely enough, he decided to answer other calls coming in who where placing orders. After another 10 min, he came back on the phone and took my credit card information. I had to repeat myself 4 times because he obviously couldn't hear me due to all the noise in his background. I was about to ask him how long for delivery, and he hung up. I called him back and let him have it. I told him cancel my order immediately and I'll never order from you again. He said he couldn't refund my credit card. Ha Ha That's absolutely B.S any merchant can credit your credit card once its processed. I hung up on him and called my Credit card company. As I was on the phone with them, my door bell rings and guess who it was. Yup its was the delivery. How is it that the guy who took my order said it would take 45 min then when In told him to cancel my order, it arrived literally within 10 minutes. I told the delivery guy that I told the guy on the phone that I didn't want it anymore. Trying to speak to a delivery guy who only spoke Spanish was yet another highlight to my evening. I really didn't want to write this review... Food reviews are fairly simple for me and for the establishment to achieve; serve good food AND good service and you have a winning equation. So on the first part this place actually above average the food was tasty fresh and very good tasting. The service however a total different story, I don't know if there was a language barrier or the lady at the counter was overwhelmed juggling phone calls and taking orders of physical patrons. I speak fluent Spanish my 2 friends however do not and as a result there were 3 extra items added to the order, a total of $25 extra to the order, that we HAD to take and the employees didn't even try to accommodate us. Is that a way to conduct business?? Just add random items (even if not intentional) and just expect the customers to pay for them?
