Five Below — Attraction in New York

I love this place!! So many deals and so many things to buy. As an avid consumer I have to say the quality of their products isn’t horrible as far as the price goes. Any where from $1 - $25 u could find all sorts of items like little electronic life hacks and board games. This place is a paradise for kids and even works for adults as well speaking as myself. They have 10 for $1 candy items where you can choose whatever you like, they have dvds from the old days like Elf and home alone, they even have custom design your own t shirts for $5!! I’m telling you this place is amazing and not even far from me for a walk alone. It’s right near guitar place, Chuck E. Cheese, old navy, Marshall’s and Bjs as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts and a grand buffet place that goes for about $20. Parking isn’t much of an issue seeing as it’s located directly opposite from a lot and the place itself is actually quite spacious and organized. The staff are also warming and easy to talk to and you could find anything you need in this store for a fraction...

The best Customer Service I have experienced at Five Below was the one located in Forest Hills, Queens, New York. One day we went looking for an item and could not find them in any of the Five Below that we went to including this store. However, Josh went way beyond his responsibility at Five Below by offering to text me once they receive it. He informed me when they arrived and I went there immediately and bought them. Josh is very much Customer Service oriented, friendly, kind, cares about his stores, keeps his store clean. The times I have gone to his Five Below I always see him stocking up the store. I also see him interacting with Customers in a professional manner. He always asked me if I needed help. He definitely deserves a promotion...

They got good stuff for home decors that millenials would like and good quality not cheaply made rather than going to micheals for some wall decors they all have it here at five below. Just be mindful that they stock up every wednesday as what the lady told me when I was looking for the hanging wood shelf which is not on stock at that time. Its like dollar tree but much better..

Update: came here at 8:45pm tried to come in bec it says they close at 9pm but the door is locked. Hoping i could buy party materials for nextday's suprise party for a friend guess I...
