So 2 issues. First, they allow adults not accompanying children to come in and play games. Why would an adult want to go to a childrens place for games? I could understand if it was a group of special needs adults. They dont have that mentality. Your children have to be at your hip because you dont know if someone (unaccompanying a child) will try to run out with your child. If they have a weapon no one can stop them. It raises high red flags. Kidnapping is real and it doesnt matter if you are a man/woman. Management is often away from the from for 5 minutes or so. They need to offer protection for children and they do not. Next, I purchased the gold play pass for my 2 daughters. It did not say if the trampoline was included. I live 5 minutes away (walking distance) and I home school. Because it did not specify regarding the trampoline, I signed to be billed monthly for 1 year. I took my 2 girls. One of my girls is autistic, another suffers from psychiatric disorders. There are limited things there that they enjoy doing. The trampoline is one. It is very hard as a parent to see your children screaming and crying and there is nothing you can do to console them. They charge you separately for the trampoline. It is $12 per child even with the gold pass. It is not affordable for anyone in this day and time. People can barely pay rent and buy food. We want our children to enjoy their lives as much as possible. But how can they when it isn't affordable. Even if it was only $6 per child with the gold pass, it would still be unaffordable to pay several times a week. You can go everyday when you have the play pass but it isn't worth it. I contacted customer service and they were extremely unhelpful. I explained that my children are special needs, telling them the situation and asked if they would please cancel the membership due to it, they said no. I had to go to my bank and have them close out my debit card to prevent further billing. I also suggested that they just raise the cost of the gold pass to include the trampoline but I highly doubt they will. I definitely don't recommend this location, or any for...

This location has had a SERIOUS glow up in the past 1.5 years and my 4 year old, hubby and I are all about it.

Their food is on the pricier side, but tbh - it’s to be expected. The pizza here is actually solid arcade/bowling alley type pizza. First time I tried it I remember telling my husband that this pizza had NO RIGHT being this damn enjoyable…it was also probably really enjoyable because I had a great view of my daughter safely having the time of her little life.

Lots of fun little rides here for the toddler/pre-schooler crowd plus all sorts of arcade games for older kids and even adults (Space Invaders anyone?! Ask stay off the Jurassic Park truck pushing game - it’s mine lollll). Their app also makes it super easy to rack up points to earn rewards, discounts, free stuff, etc. I love me a good loyalty program especially when it’s related to my little one.

I heard that at some point they’ll be carrying beer/wine and I can’t wait. Not to get wasted but a glass or 2 wouldn’t hurt since I don’t drive here and I would totally come here for a child-free date. I even suggested over the summer that they do adult only nights on Fridays or Saturdays after like 9pm and being in DJ Chuck E. and DJ Bella Bunny on the ones and twos. Could be really fun!

In my experience the bathrooms have always been clean, stocked with toilet paper, napkins and clean floors/sinks. Chuck E. Cheese roughly comes out once an hour on :30, something other locations say they do…but definitely don’t *glares at Flushing and Newington, CT (by far the worst CC location we’ve been too…but that’s a whole other story).

The staff here is also amazing - James (I believe he’s a manager) in particular is really great. Super friendly and very understanding when my 4 year old wants to ask about when Chuck E. is coming out, lol.

5 stars Chuck E! Insert Birthday Beach Bash Dance Here or Chuck...

So the pizzas still good. The food is decent. This is why I didn’t give it one star. Figured I’d start with the positives.

But I threw a little party for my daughter at this location in the middle of the week 5 kids only. The hostess was difficult to find during most of the party.

The location wasn’t very populated with people eating food so we were confused when the food came out late. I had to get up several times to ask for utensils and plates and was given looks by the girl behind the counter like I was asking for way to much. The party ended at 7. The goodie bags were not handed out till most of the kids were already gone at 7:36. The perks that were supposed to come with the party package weren’t fully delivered such as the extra tickets for the kids and bday child, and the ticket blaster experience. One child left by the time they handed out the tickets so I tried to get them to give it to me so I could give it to the child to use on a later date. They told me the wrist band needed to be present. So I asked if they can added to the bday child’s, they did not. Even though I realized they also skimped her on all her extra tickets. It just started feeling very petty.

A word of advice for parents booking parties, come with a list of the perks you’re paying for so you can ensure they are provided. This was a party in the middle of the week and wasn’t very busy so I can imagine things getting forgotten even more so on weekends.

Location is small and the games are not plentiful. There are rumors going around on tik tok about Chuck E. Cheese which is making the kids not really want to go anyway so customer service needs to be...

This Chuck E. Cheese gets wayyyyy too crowded on weekends. The prices are also a bit insane; I paid close to 80 dollars(!!!!) for 2 medium pizzas(one plain and one pepperoni), 4 soft drinks, and 1 hour of unlimited play. The only thing I liked about the place is that you no longer pay per game, but instead get unlimited play for a pre-set time. The problem, however, is that this causes people to just shamelessly sit at one game and not budge. I thought it was awesome that you could take unlimited photos in the two photo booths this way, but again people abuse the system and hog up the booths. Lastly, I just have to tell you guys this story about what happened with my 2 overpriced pizzas. When I made the order, I told the salesperson I just wanted two normal medium pizzas. The first thing she asked me is if I wanted a stuffed crust; I declined. Next, she asked if I wanted a thin crust. I gave her a puzzled look, and reiterated that I just wanted two NORMAL pizzas. About 40 minutes later, our pizzas arrive and they are BOTH thin crust!!!!! Ridiculous! I still went ahead and gave the place 3 stars because my kids had a blast. I would definitely avoid the place on weekends though and come in with an assertive attitude. If you're a pushover like I was, the people here will definitely take advantage of your kindness. Case in point, I only took one picture in that photo booth with my children, and allowed a mother and daughter to get a turn right after. As she saw me waiting to take another picture, she stayed in the photo booth and proceeded to take more than 10 pictures.
