Water Lantern festival (At the Fountain of The planets- Corona Park) This is an amazing one of a kind festival held once a yr. An unforgettable experience for all the family. I paid under 85.00 with discount coupons for a family of 4. You get to pick your color bag that contains a marker, playing cards another game card, a battery operated tea light, a lantern with pieces of wood and instructions. Very easy to put together and decorate it or write messages .It's fun, relaxing and creates beautiful memories with your loves one. They will ask people to share their stories about why they're creating their lantern, then will play some meditational music before is time to release your lantern on the water through several slides . It's so cool and a magnificent view when you see them floating away in the water. Some people get very sentimental because they release it as a symbol of letting love ones go or something that's interfering with their lives or simply hoping their wishes come true in a near future. For whatever reason the process is beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was how unorganized and horrible the traffic jam was. A 10 min. ride became a1hr ordeal to get there. When they advertised the event it said there's parking, BUT, they don't tell you that cost 60.00 because is Citifield parking!!. A lot of people were upset with the misleading information and the prize of the food. I only got 5 bottles of Ice drinks for weeping 20.00, add that to parking and tickets to event totalling 160.00 for 4pp for duration of 3hrs. Also lines to get food were super long and slow but to me was an everlasting memory of a beautiful night with my family. I do...
