Jade Asian Restaurant & Caterer is an excellent Chinese (Cantonese primarily) dim sum and banquet hall. Arrive three minutes past the dim sum rush and you'll wait. Despite the massive size of the place it becomes very busy. And boy do I mean "very."

The dumplings taste as good ans any other good dim sum place and the ambiance is Chinese chic. Plenty of carts containing a plethora of dumplings are rolled by an--if like me your Cantonese isn't up to speed--you point at what you want. They charge a bit more than other dim sum joints but they are also better located in central Flushing across the street from a former DOT controlled parking lot.
