DO NOT COME HERE!!! This was hands down the worst movie theater experience I’ve ever had. First off—there is NO elevator for disabled patrons. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing in 2025. Accessibility should not be optional.
Then, to make things worse—no butter for the popcorn. What’s a movie without buttery popcorn? The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and the teenagers at the concession stand were even worse—completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I genuinely have no idea how this place is still in business. We left frustrated and shocked by how poorly the place is run.
We are NEVER coming back here again.
