I made an appointment by phone for a relaxing body massage. After I arrived the man at the desk brought me to the foot massage area. I explained again( very little English spoken from this older Chinese gentleman) again that I wanted a body massage. The non- English speaking Chinese woman literally NO IDEA what she was doing. I tried to explain to her how to do a relaxing massage but she kept rubbing in the same spot over and over and starting to inflame the muscle. I cut short the massage after 20 minutes VERY DISAPPOINTED and more stressed as I realized that she must have been sent to me to practice.
