To-be best park in NYC, currently under construction. Full of bums and hobos. Good thing that city is spending billions of dollars to upgrade the park for continuing to intoxicate athletes in the sport fields right next to the FDR highway. Forgot to mention extremely important detail while browsing my photos: Athletes and fitness enthusiasts are forced to run around trailers stationed next to the track, which are powered by gas-fueled generators. The constant fumes from these generators fill the air, creating a hazardous environment for anyone trying to exercise. Instead of utilizing the city’s electricity grid, the decision to rely on gas generators not only raises environmental concerns but directly impacts the health of runners. Breathing in fresh air and oxygen is essential for athletes, especially while running, yet they are exposed to exhaust fumes that feel more like poison than air. This situation is beyond frustrating for anyone who values their health or enjoys outdoor exercise. It’s high time for the city to address this issue, prioritize clean energy solutions, and restore the park to a space where people can run safely and healthily.

East River Park Track is one of the decent NYC tracks. Accessibility is quite a challenge as there is no train station in close proximity to the park also you have to cross the bridge on a highway to get to the track. However it’s pretty safe and clean and efficient for training and track events. One of my friends Ainsley regularly hosts track events at this park gathering runners from various running groups and clubs to have a healthy competition with each other and it’s always a good time. I will say the bathrooms are a hell house. The last time i went in I had to zoom out at the speed of light. I really wish the bathrooms can be maintained properly

This is my favorite park in New York. From the entrance to the end . So much to do. dog friendly, kid friendly. It has a baseball field that in morning doggy parents like my self go and throw the boy super nice and clean. Then there is plenty of sitting to look at the water me personally I go to read my Bible it's very beautiful and peaceful. There is also a work out are that connected to the track that also has a soccer field so much encouragement for a healthy lifestyle . You will find people running in the track as well as the outside by the water it really is amazing to witness and be apart of. Everybody minding their own business. If you keep going there is more sitting area that's dog friendly then some construction hoping for more sports field if you keep going theirs a kid's park NEEDS IMPROVEMENT super boring but lots of space but there is a BBQ area right after so I guess it makes up for all the nothingness in kids park then a basketball area with more areas to sit .the grass is clean so much beautiful trees and flowers it's a place to be in the summer or all year around . Its my...
