I love mandy n her husband n all the staff.ive been going here for many yrs .unfortunately Ive been lied too on numerous occasions.ive constantly stated i travel alot will the gel last a week? Mandy said yes.my nails peeled the following day.this happened twice.i spend no less than 80 n no more than 100 dollars every teo weeks n they charge me 3.00 to pay with a debit or credict card.mandy would walk by me while im getting a manicure n snatch of my lashes she put on two weeks ago.it hurt.i asked is this the proper way to take them off? She said yes.i went to do or dye salin in vermont n was told my lashes were missing n damaged.she refused to replace my lashes until they grew back n she got them healthy.i had to follow up with do or dye for two months at no charge to me for them to oil my lashes n nuture them back to health.she explanned that my lashes could have simply been removed by using an oil.i will say they do an excellent job on my feet.unfortunately they will lie to u n manipulate u to get that extra dollar.i give great tips n im not very picky.i just expect what i pay for.my nails should not be peeling one day later.i thought i built a repore with these people.obviously it was fake, just to get my...

So I went today for a simple manicure. I guess Mindy caught an attitude because I was not trying to spend 70 bucks like I usually do. For some reason they work quality isn't the same. Last time I got my nails done it chipped away even though it was supposed to last longer being how it was the gel tips. Anyway, today when I went to do my manicure it was a rushed job. She was done under 5 minutes. I noticed that my thumb nail was messed up and when I asked her to fix it she along with her husband flipped out on me. She then proceeded to grab my arm and try to wipe the nail polish off talking about heres your money take off the polish. I guess she thought she was hurting my feelings when she said I can't go back. I already decided not to return after I seen the type of job she was doing based on the amount that I was paying. AVOIDDD!! The wax was DOUBLE DIPPED IN COVID! They did someone’s eyebrows and used the same stick in the wax. Getting that persons bacteria in the wax and therefore on others as well. they are extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. Not to mention the prices are higher than before. The nails does not even last. Wasn’t given the shape I asked for. Have had them on for a week and had already broken one in quarantine. The eyelashes didn’t last for more than one day. Not to mention they were put on wrongly, with one eye looking more full than the other. Looked terrible! Eyebrows were also done in a similar way, one looked more waxed than the other.
