Crown Fried Chicken — Restaurant in New York

I work in the area, so I tried this place a couple of times. The first time, the mozzarella sticks were cold. I went back later that day (as my work permitted), and the gentleman at the counter told me there was nothing he could do, and I should've brought them back. Fair enough I went today and ordered a double chicken sandwich. My co-worker called and ordered a fish sandwich two minutes before I ordered. After an ample amount of time passed, my coworker and the rest of the patrons in the store around 4 people received their orders. As I waited patiently, another set of customers entered the establishment and also received their orders as I waited. After discussing (with the other customers) as to why I was not receiving my order, it actually became a running joke that the worker at the counter was not giving me my order whilst serving everyone coming into the store. After patiently waiting approximately 23 minutes for a chicken sandwich at an establishment whose name has the word chicken in it, I finally relented and politely said to cancel the double chicken sandwich and left the establishment. I will not be patronizing this establishment as it seems the owner supports the ongoing disrespect the employees exhibit when dealing with people in the community because they are not from this community. I will be sure to let the neighborhood know the disrespect exibited by this business will not be tolerated. And we as a community should not frequent this business...

My experience since I'm one of the highest Uber eats member.well I would give it 0 stars if Google had that options First I spend a lot of money for UberEATS. And when I order something I'm very specific in what I'm ordering and when I see the menu I order the items listed. That being said I got he and orders of the it's listed after $33.00 of hard earned money . What do I get ??? Here is the answer: a sandwich and fries with 4 cans of coke cola . When I ordered 4 breast, 3 large mash , 3 prices of chicken with fries. 4 dinner rolls No drinks since they are cheap with drinks on my orders. These people are cheap thieves. And this is my thank you as a valued costumer of the very community that they dwell in on Christmas Eve I for one will not support their business anymore .they have lost a valued costumer. Don't go here go else where where you are valued as a costumer after all it's your money that you earned and anyone deserves to be treated right for the money that they spend in any establishment. DRY, STALE, DARK GOLDEN AND FUNNY TASTING CHICKEN WINGS! please stop serving those asap! Y'all can do better. If wings are old, throw them out. Don't refry them. Change oil frequently as required by the FDA. Please change it more than just twice a week since you constantly fry breaded food. Take them out the fryer on time. Don't wait until all the moisture has dried out the chicken before taking it out and it should have a light golden color. Not a dark one. The hot wings are a bit better than regular ones but please tell the franchising company that customer's are complaining about the premade hot wings being too salty. It makes it hard to...
