Michelle — Restaurant in New York

Poor communication and no consideration. I asked for a family meal and spoke clear enough to the one who I spoke to on the phone. The order was pretty expensive... When the food got here, it came incomplete. I was missing the most important parts of the meal, which was half of the order. They admitted that they messed up and wanted to take the order right this time. They had nerves to want to charge me the same total amount they charged me already for the rest of the the food they were missing. On top of that I had already paid the delivery guy a very large tip for this people to not want to work with me and actually fix their error knowing I sounded upset. They never fixed my order that THEY messed up, unless I paid again for what I already paid. These people are thieves and liars. They set you up so they can charge you more money. I used to be a loyal costumer.......

I've eaten here for the last three years and I must say..They have been slacking to the point where I am no longer confident order from them. The BBQ ribs had no BBQ and they were dry as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for several days. There chicharon de pollo looked like they were fried in old oil and all three tres leche cakes were gooy like egg yolks. I was disgusted and extremely disappointed. Then we called to complain and the lady seemed annoyed but was nice enough to offer a replacement of 3 flan. This wasn't the first time. But it will definitely...

Sat down for dinner with my Granddaughter and we began eating, but when my Granddaughter took a bite of her "Baked Chicken", she pulled a hair out of her mouth, mind you she's only 4 yrs. young, I was (((livid))), I placed the hair in a piece of napkin and showed it to the waitress who then said, "oh I'm not wearing a netting"...."you think, said I" and then I proceeded to walk out without paying and I do not intend to ever...
