Unacceptable rude employees. We were confronted while paying for groceries by a man who doesn't know how to talk to customers. He was accusing and telling us that we shouldn't use produce bags for things like packing a milk or tomato sauce. Both of these items are liquid milk was dirty and Tomato sauce can break and spill. Big mess without protection. Here are the reasons the re ta rd who accused us wasn't right. We didn't see anything to wipe disinfect shopping basket handle. All shopping carts baskets were dirty! Produce bags usage was for protection so items don't have a direct contact with the dirty shopping basket. Produce bags are cheap you can order them bulk 0.02 - 0.05 cents big roll 875 bags each. Key Food is so cheap right now they are counting produce bags. I was a customer shopping at this store every week giving them business 500.00 ,600.00 a month. Unfortunately this changed and we won't do a shopping at this store. Confronting paying customers over a produce bag worth 0.05 cents maybe less is simply stupid. If your shopping baskets were clean store items wouldn't need protection. If you had told us before we paid we would've left the store without buying anything. No signs that produce bags are counted and you shouldn't use them for example to put a dirty milk for spill protection. Simply rude disgusting management. Will never shop at this store if these people are employed there. You have been warned they are counting produce bags instead of cleaning the...
Read moreOn April 16, 2016 at approximately 8:45PM I pulled up in front of this store and attempted to enter to purchase some last minute items. I was barred from entering the establishment by two store employees who told me that they were closed. I informed them that the scheduled closing of the store was 9PM and that I still had 15 minutes left to shop. They informed me that there were no cashiers available to ring up my order and refused to let me enter. I immediately called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered the phone said he was the manager and identified himself as Sammy. I told him what had just transpired between two of his employees and I. I informed him that it was unfair that the scheduled store closing is 9PM yet I was prevented from entering the store 15 minutes prior to the store closing. He informed me that the website says that the store closes at 9PM but the cashiers need time to count their registers which is why the store was closed earlier. I informed him that his policy was unfair. I also asked him for his full name so I can make a formal complaint with the corporate office. He then laughed stating "if you want my last name call the police precinct and ask them for it!" He then abruptly hung up the phone. Very condescending, arrogant, and disrespectful manager. Take your...
Read moreThere are to many rude cashiers in this store. The cashier swiped our credit card several times. Charging us twice on the third try the bank declined the payment due to multiple charges. A second cashier came over and said that's because you don't have any money. They finally realized that the payment processed and packed up the groceries to be delivered. When I checked the bank and saw all the transactions I called the bank and was told that there 3 transactions they stopped the last one. When we called to speak to the manager he called my husband a liar and told him he was not going to deliver our groceries. Finally I called and spoke to a young lady who I explained the situation to. I also told her I had sent my husband a picture of the credit card transactions to show if they needed to go back to the store. I could hear her telling him it's the customers wife on the phone and they did process the payment 3 times. He came to the phone and changed his tune with me. And told me they would be delivering our groceries he was not going to keep them . Needless to say after 3 years of shopping at this supermarket and the way we were disrespected today we will find a new...
