I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase and the subsequent experience I had when attempting to return a pair of casual shoes.
Upon attempting to return the shoes, I was informed by your staff that the return could not be processed due to wear on the soles. While I understand that wear and tear might affect return policies, I would like to clarify that these shoes exhibited signs of wear at the time of purchase, which I did not notice initially. Additionally, although $40 is not a significant amount, I value the post-purchase experience highly.
I believe I am entitled to a return within a reasonable timeframe, yet my request was denied due to the pre-existing wear on the shoes. The female staff member assisting me even questioned whether I had worn the shoes, which I found extremely frustrating and offensive.
I have never encountered such an issue in other stores. Moreover, the price tag on the sole was blurred, possibly due to water exposure, adding to the confusion.
Regardless of whether my complaint is accepted, I want to express my profound dissatisfaction with this experience. I hope that your store will take customer feedback seriously and improve its after-sales service to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

The layout makes it impossible to shop on the women's side. They have merchandise that is old, damaged, and a waste of space. The newly hired people chat excessively, especially in the shoe area. Not only are they not cleaning the area so you can shop, but they are also in your way, and you can't move to see the merchandise. Customer service is horrible; they will not move for you to see the merchandise, but they will continue restocking even if their back is next to your face and your child is trying to come to you. The constant screaming of the announcements on the phone and the screaming by the queue line to customers to come to the register is super annoying and extra loud. Cashiers are super slow, take their time, talk to each other, and chew gum right in your face while the line is all the way to the home department. Nothing new in the last four weeks, at least. Forget sizing because it's not happening. Bags are tangled; it's impossible to go between the aisles.
Now, the only spot that is always clean and pleasant to shop is the home department and beauty.

Read moreIf you both something in this store it will be ALWAYS problem to return back,even the next day.They will look for something even small spot to have excuse and do not except stuff back. For example,I bought yesterday small pan , but my sister say that she already bought me all set of pans.So, today after work I went to the store to return it back. After 20 minutes waiting in the line ,I come close to the cashier to the same young Asian guy ,who helps me yesterday. I was so happy and tell him that I need to return some staff back. Right away he say“ Hold on ,I have to ask my mananger”.He call someone by name Mrs.Samantha. This lady come ,on front of her workers and long line behind me, didn’t even look at my site , loudly tell him “she can’t return , she cooked and now she need to return???”I want to tell her that I just bought yesterday, I didn’t even have a chance to cook”, but she left, totally ignore me!!
