The new owners are very accommodating, friendly, and really care about their customers. The store is always clean, well-organized, and has everything I need — especially Halal products — so I no longer have to go all the way to Bay Ridge for my Halal grocery shopping. The butcher here who serves at the meat counter makes us uncomfortable every time.

He does not listen to requests and is sloppy and rude. Every time I request Meat or poultry cut and portioned a certain way, he just does what he wants rushing through, And did not do what I asked. He even argued with us.

The Key Food across the street Is run by the same owner and They are extremely rude with zero customer service.

Why should I spend my money at a place that makes me feel so uncomfortable...
