I went into Lenny's about 2 months ago. I had a catalytic converter put in by Gabriel. After three weeks it cracked. I went back Lenny was nice and they replaced it for free no charge and no labor. Then again it cracked from the top after two weeks. I went back to Lenny and I said hey it's not worth your man hours and dealing with this hassle for an 875 piece. He said okay and gave me half of my money back. In mind, they did try to say it's causing to crack because of my bottom motor mount, which all my motor mounts got replaced prior to this happening. They also said it's my engine overheating. Which is not the case. As confirmed by my mechanic and obvious visual speculation. I went to the dealer and got my catalytic converter fixed and I have had no issues with no mechanical work done whatsoever. I went back to Lenny. He threw a fit and flipped out and cursed, even though he comes off as a nice guy. He asked me to bring the part back with my receipts and he will give me my money. And he did not. He also took my cover for the catalyic converter and refused to give me my money back. I walked out and that was the end of that. I highly don't recommend anyone going here.
