Tasty Delicious — Restaurant in New York

First time there! Employees have THEE nastiest attitude! Decided to give them a try. Ordered a quarter jerk (no meal). Simply asked to have just a little slaw (cabbage) with the chicken. The woman rudely tells me that it’ll cost me $3! Literally, all the food items just sitting there and it’s near closing time! Didn’t mind paying a little something, but this is just GREED!! One of the heavy set male staff or manager proceeds to give a whole rude dissertation, like Wth!? Another customer who I didn’t know began to tell them off and told me that ppl frequently complain about their attitude/ poor service! I honestly use to love this place for their bakery item for years, but I could no longer tolerate the unprofessional and tardy management. Believe me the cake quality use to be good but every time I place an order it was never ready on time always 2 hours late or even going as far as asking me can I pick it up the following day. LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!!. Get it together you own a business not a side job. Not to mention management acknowledging their short coming not a chance to make the customer happy. The lady at the register is just HORRIBLE!!! She is very very very rude and has the worst attitude!!! Everytime you call and try to place a order she leaves you on hold for over 10 minutes!! The food is decent they could give more quantity of meat for what they charge especially for oxtails!!! If this restaurant wants to continue to succeed they need to get rid of that nasty rude disrespectful miserable old lady at the register she's going to bring this business down!!
