I recently visited this nail salon with the intention of treating my elderly mother-in-law to a pampering session. However, my experience with the new owners left me thoroughly disappointed. When I called to inquire about paying for my mother-in-law's services over the phone, I was told that they do not allow phone payments.

Undeterred, I went to the salon in person, hoping to arrange payment there. To my surprise, the only option presented to me was to purchase a non-refundable gift card. I expressed my concern about this, explaining that if my mother-in-law couldn't make it to the appointment, the gift card would be useless. Sadly, instead of trying to accommodate my situation, the new owners seemed uninterested in building clientele and more focused on pressuring customers into buying gift cards.

Summer 2022: New Management and her name is Julie! Still an excellent nail salon and I'm elated to see most of the original staff is still here! Remodeled manicure stations and brand new pedicure massage chairs. Brand new display racks for the featured polishes. Very clean and spa services available. This visit my daughter came with me and got nail decals with her manicure.

Previous owner, review from 2019 My local go to nail salon. I love the staff here, they are always so welcoming. I have been coming here for 7+ years for a variety of spa services and pedicures. The variety of polishes are plenty and there are three nail technicians that specializes in tips, custom nails and nail art. The rest of the staff are able to provide full spa services aside from nails, such as massage, facials, waxing, and body treatments. Book an appointment if you can, although I've walked in plenty of times with minimal wait. There's always a full staff...

Horrible. I went in for a gel fill in. I told them the shape, still walked out with squared nails. I picked the color, they did not apply the coat properly, it's very light, PRACTICALLY SEE THROUGH, my nails did not last me a week! They are all already coming off. It looks like the paste on nails my niece uses from the pharmacy. My nails are uneven, missed corners, has bubble dents, and grainy. To top it off, a fill in cost me $60. I hate my nails. I only gave $3 tips, and she laughed. I could've kept my $3. I am very precise with my nails, they are always done professionally, and NEVER costs me $60 for a fill in!
