I decided to build my dream car on the Dodge website. After building this beast I was was quoted a throw my money at the screen price.

Here are the numbers for the car I built: (Dealerships do not necessarily have a car build as they get general builds)

(Got these numbers from the dealership which he refused to hand over after discussing their terms. Finance manager said the information was proprietary and could not be handed over.)
Read moreI never write any review, this is my first review because I did have a very TERRIBLE experience about Major World's after sale service. The salesman who I purchased the car from, he is dishonest and his attitude was totally different before and after I purchased the car. His name is Wilson. I just purchased the car from him last month, my family members and I were so happy, even though it took so much time for all the paper works etc. However, when we drove the car home, I realized that the car was missing a center cap for one of the wheels. I texted my sales rep immediately, asked him whether he could mailed it out to me cause I had a very busy work schedule and it took too much time for me to go there to pick it up cause I live so far( at lease 2 hrs back and forth without traffic). I also emphasized I was willing to pay for the shipping, but he replied no, and it had to be picked up. Later on(on the same day), my dad told me the new car also missing all the floor mats. I also texted him immediately regarding this new problem. He replied I could come in any time to pick up all the parts were missing of the car at the same day, and its fine for me to send my dad to pick them up. At this point, I already tried my best to solve the problem and satisfy both of us, even its NOT my mistake that the NEW CAR was missing some parts. I also confirmed with him the date one day before, before I sent my dad to pick up the missing parts. And he also promised me, everything was prepared to be picked up at one time. HOWEVER, on the second day when my dad drove a hour to get there, my dad was told that he wasn't there on that day. My dad called me, and I spoke to his coworker over the phone. Based on what his coworker said, my dad only could picked up the floor mats, and the center cap was out of stock, and had to be mailed it out to me once its in available. This contradicts from what he texted me on the day before. In the afternoon, he texted me and told me he had a family emergency today (without any apologies), and he had to mail out the center cap to me and the cap would be delayed on the shipment. To be honest, even though I felt disappointed and unhappy, but I totally understood his situation. I know things happen sometimes without control. After I waited more than two week still not receiving the cap, I texted him asked him did he mail out the cap yet. His words were TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what he had texted me before. HE texted" I THOUGHT SOMEONE CAME AND PICKED IT UP. WE CAN'T MAIL IT, IT HAS TO PICKED UP''. and he also said last time when my dad was there, they did have the cap along with the mats to be picked up together. They just forgot to give it to my dad, and it had to be picked up by myself. This is ridiculous. I can't believe that this person can tell lies without any sham. Based on what his coworker and him, the missing part can be mailed out to me, but he just refuses to do it. I DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED. I DONT KNOW IF HIS MANGER KNOW WHAT HE DID FOR HIS CUSTOMER. I DONT THINK I WILL RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO...
Read moreThis major world is full of nothing but scam artists and liars. My husband and I back in 2015 leased a Chrysler 200 Limited 2015 and 3 years later our lease was coming to an end this coming July 2018 so of course we started receiving the offers to trade in the car and get another lease but we were currently closing on an apartment and didn't want to change cars until we absolutely had to in July. We went in to this major world on March 31st 2018 just to look around and see what would be in our price range because we didn't want to increase our monthly expenses and we were yes’d to death and lied to. It started with them wanting to take a look at the Chrysler our current car to which we explained that we wanted to take it in somewhere to buff out any natural scratches especially on the rims of the car which is inevitable to which Sebastian our representative at Major World told us that that was “not something to worry” about that they would take a look at the car to assess if they could take the car “as is”. So with seemingly nothing to lose we show them the Chrysler and Sebastian told us that they were going to take pictures and it took about an hour and a half for them to come back to us and say okay we can take this car we can swap it out no problem and we asked during the seven hours that we were there because of course the paperwork took forever if we were going to get a bill, if we were responsible for anything on the Chrysler, Etc and each time we were told no again that they took the car as is and no worries. About a week ago my husband received a bill from Fusion which is where the Chrysler car came from and we were being charged over $1,000 for excessive wear-and-tear. This included a hole in the back of the car which was not done while we had the car! Of course we went back to major world this past Saturday and asked for clarification and all we were met with from Jeff the manager and Sebastian were incredulous looks and “what are you talking about that's your responsibility”. We explained and rehashed everything that happened on March 31st to which no one recalled any of those conversations or the handshakes that followed. In the following days no one did what they said they would and they (Sebastian, Jeff and Customer Service Rep. Jennifer) simply led us on in order to run out the clock on our 30 day grace period where we could have returned the new car without a penalty. Plus they lied and said the car was taken to Fusion the next day so April 1st but when we spoke to Fusion we found out they didn’t get the car til the 20th meaning Major World had the car for 20 days.
Strongly recommend steering clear of this place. After having this experience I've talked to many people who have leased or bought a car and they've never dealt with anything remotely like this so there are other and...
