Friendly Neighborhood Crooks at Dodge Dealership. Dodge has been offering the 2018 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack for $399.99 /month with 2999.99 down. My chance to get some american muscle for a good price. GREAT DEAL! Step into this dealership and that's where it all ends. (All prices you see reflect 10,000 mile leases) I decided to build my dream car on the Dodge website. After building this beast I was was quoted a throw my money at the screen price. $336/month ! for a 495 horsepower monster. I took a week of work off to make the deal happen. Here are the numbers for the car I built: (Dealerships do not necessarily have a car build as they get general builds) Sticker Price: $49,010 MSRP: $38,995 Added Options: $10,670 Destination Charges: $1095 Downpayment: -$5,076 (My cash not including taxes and DMV, Bank Fee) Term: 36 months Percent Rate: .096% Incentive: -$1,750 (Rebate from dodge) Lease: $336 (does not include taxes and any other fees) What the dealership had in-stock (In transit in my case): $49,700 Destroyer Grey R/T Scat Pack. I walk into the dealership on 4/4/2018 to get my pricing down. My credit is in the 750 range so I dont expect the best pricing. Plus there are other fees: Taxes: $2,221 DMV (Plates Registration): $395 Aquisition fee: $895 (Got these numbers from the dealership which he refused to hand over after discussing their terms. Finance manager said the information was proprietary and could not be handed over.) <--Thats illegal for anyone who is interested. One would think that the price would not venture to far from my original build online because of the $690 difference. Here is the point: My build - $49,010 w/5072 down $336/ month before fees (lets say 450-480 assuming bad credit and fees are financed in) Major World Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep on Northern Blvd (across the street from Best Buy as they are very quick to remind you about) Model in Stock (in Transit) - $49,700 w/$3,500 - $5,000 down for 39 MONTHS!!! (not 36 months as advertised) $591 - $546 per month. It would appear we have a discrepancy. Dodge says $336 /36 months 5k down Dealer says $546 /*39* months 5k down I call and asked for the breakdown of the fees associated with this lease to further understand the $210 difference. (I could lease 2 cars for this price). It takes 3 days and they get back to me. MSRP: $49,700 Selling Price: $48,394 Cash: $4,500 Rebate: $1,750 $566.86 for a *36* month lease (they could not even remember they tried to offer me a 39 month lease initially) Today I take the day off and pass by the dealership to clear things up as I could see I was getting nowhere. I state my case preparing to start haggling. I wanted the car but wanted to see where they got their numbers. They introduce me to the finance manager who brings the complete breakdown of the cost. (Jeff Fastman who is listed on their website as the Business Development manager) He brings a sheet over (which he would not provide me with). New sale price of the car: low 49k After $5,000 down After all the fees. $560 plus a few dollars since he refused to give me the paperwork. I asked : "Why is it so much how much do they anticipate the car to depriciate?" At the end of the lease the car would be valued at: $30,312 I did the math right in front of him. $49,000 -$5,000 Down payment -$1,750 Dodge incentive Price for car should be: $42,300 (just an estimate) A lease is the difference between Sale price and depreciation, interest, and tax divided by 36 months (or whatever terms you agree to) $42,300 - $30,312 = $11,938 $11,938 divided into 36 months = $331 (plus interest and taxes 480 before haggling) He gave me a smile and said my math was wrong. The down payment does not go towards the car and reduce the sale price. Its just a down payment. Meaning I give them $5,000 Car stays at $49,000 Dealer wanted to pocket $5,000 for themselves. Crooks. Do your research and google calculating lease payments.

I would like to thank Felipe and Sebastian for excellent help we worked with Felipe for about a year, looking for the right Jeep I wanted a black jeep sunroof, panoramic, with captain seats, Felipe did everything he could to find it for us. it started out because we wanted to look for a new Jeep because my little dog Max wasn't well and we had to take him back out to Long Island to the vet. we wanted to make sure he was comfortable so we finally decided on a black Jeep Grand Cherokee that Felipe gave us an excellent price on! when you go take your time and pick the right one Felipe allowed us to sit in it go over the finances there is no rush take your time and if you have insurance do not get there Insurance because if you do they will only refund 60% of your money you will not be able to drive it for 24 hours so if you have insurance use your own but they were great Sebastian as well but I must say the dealership was very disappointing it's very old dated do not go into summer we've had a couple hot days and there is no air condition this is the worst looking dealership on Northern Boulevard! if it wasn't for Felipe and my dog being sick I would have went somewhere else to buy it I've lived in the area for over 40 years and this dealership has looked this way since I remember the floors are dirty the tables are not wiped off there is no AC the workers have to suffer in this heat we came to talk to Felipe after we bought the Jeep and we had to go outside because it was so hot inside I don't understand how a dealership that sells $70 and $80,000 Vehicles has no AC even the bathroom feels like you're in a gas station bathroom there's a row of desk lined at the front that are completely empty I guess from former days of a lot of salesman but this is not a dealership I would have chosen and it's very disrespectful that they treat their workers and customers like this so I would have gave it at five stars but this dealership should be torn down and redone it looks like a used car dealership and do not go in the hot days! there is no AC I hope they improve it whith lights balloons water coffee something that makes the customer feel appreciated ! Even when it's time to take the picture they had a pink bow for breast cancer I said where is the Red Ribbon even the bow is outdated! once again Felipe was an outstanding salesman and if you do go please ask for him unfortunately my dog Max has passed on but we have got a great experience and a beautiful new Jeep because of Felipe thank you from the Twins and Max and good luck!

First let me start by thanking Mr. Ronny Coello who did a phenomenal job, he took great care of me and got me the deal that I wanted. He was patient with my questions and concerns and worked really hard to get the car that I wanted. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a new car. By the time I went to Major world I had gone to 2 more dealership and none of them offered me a good deal. Mr Coello even got me some perks which I really appreciate. The dealership itself has good inventory and will definitely have the car that you are looking for according to your budget. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to more business with Mr. Coello and the staff at Major World Dodge.

I never write any review, this is my first review because I did have a very TERRIBLE experience about Major World's after sale service. The salesman who I purchased the car from, he is dishonest and his attitude was totally different before and after I purchased the car. His name is Wilson. I just purchased the car from him last month, my family members and I were so happy, even though it took so much time for all the paper works etc. However, when we drove the car home, I realized that the car was missing a center cap for one of the wheels. I texted my sales rep immediately, asked him whether he could mailed it out to me cause I had a very busy work schedule and it took too much time for me to go there to pick it up cause I live so far( at lease 2 hrs back and forth without traffic). I also emphasized I was willing to pay for the shipping, but he replied no, and it had to be picked up. Later on(on the same day), my dad told me the new car also missing all the floor mats. I also texted him immediately regarding this new problem. He replied I could come in any time to pick up all the parts were missing of the car at the same day, and its fine for me to send my dad to pick them up. At this point, I already tried my best to solve the problem and satisfy both of us, even its NOT my mistake that the NEW CAR was missing some parts. I also confirmed with him the date one day before, before I sent my dad to pick up the missing parts. And he also promised me, everything was prepared to be picked up at one time. HOWEVER, on the second day when my dad drove a hour to get there, my dad was told that he wasn't there on that day. My dad called me, and I spoke to his coworker over the phone. Based on what his coworker said, my dad only could picked up the floor mats, and the center cap was out of stock, and had to be mailed it out to me once its in available. This contradicts from what he texted me on the day before. In the afternoon, he texted me and told me he had a family emergency today (without any apologies), and he had to mail out the center cap to me and the cap would be delayed on the shipment. To be honest, even though I felt disappointed and unhappy, but I totally understood his situation. I know things happen sometimes without control. After I waited more than two week still not receiving the cap, I texted him asked him did he mail out the cap yet. His words were TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what he had texted me before. HE texted" I THOUGHT SOMEONE CAME AND PICKED IT UP. WE CAN'T MAIL IT, IT HAS TO PICKED UP''. and he also said last time when my dad was there, they did have the cap along with the mats to be picked up together. They just forgot to give it to my dad, and it had to be picked up by myself. This is ridiculous. I can't believe that this person can tell lies without any sham. Based on what his coworker and him, the missing part can be mailed out to me, but he just refuses to do it. I DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED. I DONT KNOW IF HIS MANGER KNOW WHAT HE DID FOR HIS CUSTOMER. I DONT THINK I WILL RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO...

This major world is full of nothing but scam artists and liars. My husband and I back in 2015 leased a Chrysler 200 Limited 2015 and 3 years later our lease was coming to an end this coming July 2018 so of course we started receiving the offers to trade in the car and get another lease but we were currently closing on an apartment and didn't want to change cars until we absolutely had to in July. We went in to this major world on March 31st 2018 just to look around and see what would be in our price range because we didn't want to increase our monthly expenses and we were yes’d to death and lied to. It started with them wanting to take a look at the Chrysler our current car to which we explained that we wanted to take it in somewhere to buff out any natural scratches especially on the rims of the car which is inevitable to which Sebastian our representative at Major World told us that that was “not something to worry” about that they would take a look at the car to assess if they could take the car “as is”. So with seemingly nothing to lose we show them the Chrysler and Sebastian told us that they were going to take pictures and it took about an hour and a half for them to come back to us and say okay we can take this car we can swap it out no problem and we asked during the seven hours that we were there because of course the paperwork took forever if we were going to get a bill, if we were responsible for anything on the Chrysler, Etc and each time we were told no again that they took the car as is and no worries. About a week ago my husband received a bill from Fusion which is where the Chrysler car came from and we were being charged over $1,000 for excessive wear-and-tear. This included a hole in the back of the car which was not done while we had the car! Of course we went back to major world this past Saturday and asked for clarification and all we were met with from Jeff the manager and Sebastian were incredulous looks and “what are you talking about that's your responsibility”. We explained and rehashed everything that happened on March 31st to which no one recalled any of those conversations or the handshakes that followed. In the following days no one did what they said they would and they (Sebastian, Jeff and Customer Service Rep. Jennifer) simply led us on in order to run out the clock on our 30 day grace period where we could have returned the new car without a penalty. Plus they lied and said the car was taken to Fusion the next day so April 1st but when we spoke to Fusion we found out they didn’t get the car til the 20th meaning Major World had the car for 20 days.

Strongly recommend steering clear of this place. After having this experience I've talked to many people who have leased or bought a car and they've never dealt with anything remotely like this so there are other and...
