Merrick African & Caribbean Market — Attraction in New York

The male owner was very polite but the female was quite the opposite. I visited the store twice within three days to purchase the same items and the lady increase the prices by $1.00 and swore that I was trying to price her items when I had the proof of purchase. She was mean, nasty and aggressive. She acted as if I came to bother her instead of questioning her actions. I simply asked her how to prepare the items and her response was that if I don't know I shouldn't buy it. Their store is usually empty due to poor customer service. I would NEVER do business...

I come here because I want to support my brothers and sisters. But no customer wants to feel like they're bothering you to shop in YOUR store and give you their money.
