I heard about this place through social media, I went a few days or weeks before they opened the location is Massapequa to avoid crowds or heaps of people. I made a reservation online one day prior to going for my child(ren) and myself. The pricing was fair for the time frame. When I arrived the parking was limited, thankfully I arrived early so for me the parking wasn't really an issue. I walked in and provided the staff with my reservation info, and I was told they also accept walk in's if they have availability. I feel like they should go by reservation only because when I was there it looked like it was over compacity especially for such a large space. There were multiple actives for kiddos to do. Age appropriate for babies to late toddler age. This place offers two slides, a small merry go round, dress up area, a fake food mart, a baby area, a screen where you can throw balls, a ball pit, a rocking bus, a swing and a few bean bag chairs here and there. The colors really distract from the fact that there are limited things to do here. I bought a two-hour time frame, but I personally would recommend buying a one-hour time frame; because the actives are very repetitive even if your kids have a large imagination. Snacks and drinks were available as well as extra's in the restroom just in case you forgot something which is great! Seating where you eat is extremely limited, so you'll most likely have to have your kids eat wherever. I did not look at the price or try the coffee so I cannot provide feedback in my review. Staff was very friendly, they kept the environment safe, clean and well-maintained during play session. You can purchase socks here which is also a plus. The downfall of my experience was the fact that multiple adults were allowed into play space with shoes which is unsanitary as well as completely bare feet. Most of the parents felt very entitled to allow their children to climb up slides or to allow their children to lay at the bottom of the slides. The lack of awareness for their own children as well as others was definitely concerning (which obviously is not the business's fault). Overall, I would recommend taking a trip here. Pricing is fair. This location is fairly new, has protentional and has room to correct error. I would attempt to visit again in a few months to see If anything...
Read moreI came to this establishment lately with my child, on a busy day in October, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with this kind of establishment.
Firstly, there is a VERY clear rule that everyone must be wearing socks, but no shoes, obviously. This is a rule that I can very much side with, IF it was enforced as it should be.
Secondly, this establishment is very unsanitary. To put it bluntly, this place is DIRTY. It looks to me as if the woman in charge is lazy and doesn't keep up with keeping the place clean. I walked into this establishment because online it is portrayed as clean and orderly, when in reality it is not. The doctor area, which is on the second floor, there WAS a grey and white striped mat. The mat is so dirty, that the white area is stained grey. The kitchen area has toys thrown around everywhere and it is always very messy. The floors are also always covered in dust, old food, and hair. I do not want my child to be surrounded by a dirty environment.
Thirdly, the establishment has a desk that is out of line. It is always messy and unorganized back there. Whether it be on the desk or behind it, the entire space was a complete mess. When Asian customers come in and try to talk to some employees that are not of Asian descent, I saw the boss laugh it off and not defend her own employees. She instead took over the entire conversation in a different language.
I will NEVER be bringing my child here again. This place is so unsanitary, and I do not want to surround my child with this kind of environment. I would recommend other parents to stop bringing their children here. I am VERY disappointed with this...
Read moreIf you are looking for some indoor activities for young kids 6 years and under, then you must try out Nana's. I brought my five year old nephew here today and boy did he have a blast. Nana's isn't as big as some of the other indoor play places we've been to but they make very good use of the space that they have. There is the prerequisite ball pit and slide in the middle but there are also lots of activity areas. There is a small reading nook with tiny chair and stools, a dress up area, a grocery store, an area with musical instruments, and a Lego wall, just to name a few.
I'm also loving that this place is geared for kids 6 and under; older kids are only allowed in the cafe. So no need to worry about older kids trampling over the younger ones whole they play.
There is a fairly large party space in the back with a huge balloon arch on the wall; very cute. The cafe has many small tables to sit and eat. They have a pretty good selection of snacks, baked goodies, and hot and cold drinks. Next to the cafe is the store selling high end toys. By the entrance are the lockers (which are free) where you can lock up your belongings. There is one family bathroom and they provide sandals to use inside.
We stayed for two hours and paid $25 which is on par with other indoor play places we've been to. One adult per child is included with the ticket. They also offer monthly, quarterly and yearly packages for those who plan on coming regularly. I'm looking into doing this since we had such a great time on our visit. Overall, highly recommend this for families with younger kids.
