Nature's First Pharmacy — Attraction in New York

They’ve never been out of any of my medications, and even two new prescriptions were available right away. When approval was taking a while for one of these, they coordinated with my insurer and doctor’s office to streamline getting it filled.

Nature’s First was recommended to me by a friend after I expressed frustration with repeated problems at a major chain pharmacy.

Although they supposedly have an online portal in the works, this IS a place that you call. At first I balked but my friend was right… whatever little convenience is lost by picking up a phone the old fashioned way, is more than made up for by the services they provide.

On a recent visit, Alex (proprietor?) came out to do a brief check-in… among other things, he asked if the side-effect from a new medication was still bothering me. I didn’t even recall reporting it but he had it in their notes. It feels refreshingly safe to be in diligent, conscientious, yet not effusive hands....

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether I have questions about prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, or health advice, they always take the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. Even when I'm not able to pick up my medication they offer delivery straight to my door!

Refills are processed quickly, and I appreciate how easy they make everything — from managing prescriptions to finding the right health products. The store is well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of items at great prices.

It's rare to find such personalized and caring service these days, but this pharmacy truly puts the customer first. I feel confident and cared for every time I visit.

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! The day before my procedure, they called me to walk me through the whole process, which gave me so much peace of mind. By the time I was out of surgery, my husband already had my medications. Everything was handled seamlessly. A huge shoutout to Abduvali Valizoda, the delivery driver, who was not only efficient but also so courteous, making sure everything was delivered with care. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that’s this organized, proactive, and genuinely caring. I’m beyond grateful for their service and would highly recommend...
