301 — Restaurant in New York

DONT DO IT THERES PLENTY OF NICE RESTAURANTS IN ROCKAWAY TO DEAL WITH THESE GREEDY SELFISH PEOPLE! Horrible experience! They have zero respect for customers!! We made an order and waited for almost an hour. Then the delivery man calls says hes downstairs. Not only are we paying for deliver our food and tipping, we also dont mind going all the way down from the 10th floor to get the food at the door. but this man wasnt even there. I wait in the cold and no signs of him. I had to go back up and call and call because then he didnt even want to answer the phone. Finally he answers asking me where I was because he was finally downsatirs. I go down again and this man is in his car EATING AND WAVING HIS HAND FOR ME TO COME GET MY FOOD FROM HIS CAR BECAUSE HE WASNT GETTING OUT OF THE CAR. TO top it all off we call to complain and all the restaurant cared about was the 75 cents the delivery guy didnt get since I was simply too upset after all I had to go through for some chinese food to reach into my pocket and give him 75 CENTS . If you dont care about the customer then dont try to take my money and provide a horrible service...

Food is not at all bad, but the service was terrible, I didn’t know they only took cash, I was trying to take money out at the atm in the place, but I was having trouble with my card, the guy at the register started to get pushy, and telling me to hurry up and get the money, I asked him to make the goo so that by the time it was done I would get him the money he got even more pushy. (I didn’t know I walked in close to closing time, they didn’t warn me either I think that why they were rushing me, but if it was such an issue they could’ve just asked me to leave), anyways I gave them the money, walked out with my food but...

The prices and the quality of food have gone down immensely. Every month like clockwork they raised the prices on food to the point that four chicken wings and french fries is usually $10. The chicken wings are substandard the french fries taste old and either overcooked or undercooked and for the price that they give us you would think that they would take pride and what they make. This place is a disaster whenever I come to rockaway They used to be my food place Now I'll probably never buy another thing from them again. I'm actually disappointed. Even the rice...
