I’ve been a member on and off for years as this location has been under different ownership. I have been very happy since I started coming consistently since November 2024. The staff is very helpful and provides guidance to lotions and packages that meet your needs. I was preparing for a fitness competition in December and it was a perfect primer. Mike in here has been especially helpful in telling me about the various beds which is now helping me consider upgrading my tier of beds to use. On the phone I was told I would get a spray tan which I was ok with in person I got talked into ordering multiple sessions for a tanning bed. Manipulation. I was talked into something I was very unsure about and ended up doing one session and felt so guilty after seeing how 1 session of tanning in a tanning bed raises huge chances of skin cancer. I didn’t go back and I lost my money for the other sessions because of the no refund policy which is such a robbery. But they didn’t care they got the money they wanted. NOT COOL…. Sold me a package and never told me they expired in one month. I went back to use a remaining session I had as part of the package and couldn’t.
