PLS Check Cashers — Attraction in New York

Omg never a dole day at this location .Me n a few others are on line & an employee is asking who cashing checks n has 3 to 4 people skip us so everyone started complaining n shes said they're priority like if everyone else money isn't good enough ....never the less her attitude sucks very unprofessionally people like that end up getting hurt in a neighborhood like this one day she's gonna do it to the wrong person .smh this location needs to be evaluate .Cashier are always making mistakes n lots of them have attitude when they take to long to attend n finish your request as you ask what’s the problem of the delay ? very unprofessional.I understand their young but they need better (if any training ). I’ve complaint several times explaining the situation to a supervisor but these girls n women are among family or friends n don’t really Follow proper protocol.Some speak very low n I always wonder why It’s because they barely know proper english n are insecure about speaking loud and the ones that do speak English are too loud n unprofessional when ask if there any one else that you can understand .I guarantee you if you evaluate most of them about their duties n how would they answer customers when ask certain questions ,you know n see exactly what I mean .Never a dull day ! Smh ,I never seen a place so unprofessional n I rather go else where just not to deal with them . You should have secret walk in as customers n see how they would handle situations with customers. It’s a lil too much .I understand it’s a gettho neighborhood but so is this PLS CHECK...

Clean and conveniently placed check cashing place, however I remember the first time I came here to cash a check I had to wait 45 minutes while we had to look for people's numbers so they could prove that this check was indeed given to me. I was told that this was only because it was my first time coming to this PLS. Although customer service is nice and everyone has treated me with respect every time I've come here nevertheless every time I've come here they have to call a bunch of people so that I can cash a check God forbid I walk off with $140 God damn dollars. There has not been one time where I have not been standing for at least 30 minutes waiting on my check to be cashed while they call a bunch of numbers. Nice place if you're not alternative or something I guess... I'm just not sure what makes it to where I cannot just go in and cash the check and have it on my PLS card and go on about my merry day. If it weren't for this happening every time this place would get...

6/12/24 at approximately 6:05pm I walked into this place to break a $100 bill as I normally do. Typically they'll charge ne $1 for the service and I'm on my way but this time, I noticed alot of sign language amongst the employees. They don't know I'm fluent in Spanish so I like it that way. When I asked if they could break the bill for me the lady behind the counter began asking for my number so I gave her a fake one because I know psychology. Then I was asked if I've been there before and I replied yes. I was further asked if I remembered my old number and I replied no. Then I was told no service. I don't wanna make it a racial thing, let's just say I was denied service because I looked...
