From the moment we walked into the church, we were overcome with emotion — the altar flowers transformed the space into a sacred, romantic garden. Many of our guests said it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever attended. At Park Château, the magic only grew — floating candles on the grand staircase, suspended calla lilies and candle globes over the tables, soft textures and layers that felt ethereal and dreamlike. It was cinematic, breathtaking, and beyond anything we could have imagined.

Even the Park Château team, who have truly seen it all, told us they had never witnessed floral design like this. That’s a testament to QG’s incredible creativity, vision, and dedication.

They have a beautiful store and I have used them for many years. I find that they are hit or miss, I have had several amazing experiences where the flowers were what I ordered and were of the highest quality and unfortunately I have had more than a few disappointments. I had ordered a beautiful arrangement mid August and it was stunning and then I ordered it again 2 weeks later and the flowers were wilted and ugly and the arrangement was half the size as well. I had called and complained and was told they were a different kind of flower this time from South America and this is how they should look. I did some research and they are the same flowers as the original order just old and half the size . They did give me a refund but I really just wanted what I initially ordered. They weren’t truthful and instead of owning it they made up some story which was insulting. Needless to say I will use a different florist...

I reside in another state and ordered flowers for the funeral for my dearest friend's mom passing, and funeral services are scheduled for certain time, so I wanted to make sure that the family would receive it on time for the service. It took 3 calls between 9:30 and 10 to make sure it is delivered on time and to the right location, the delivery was scheduled between 8:30 and 10, and it was finally delivered at 10:01. It was a bit worrisome experience, I wish when the delivery is scheduled for the time window of 90 minutes, it would have been delivered ok if not in the beginning of the scheduled time, but at least somewhere in the middle of it, and would not be pushed till the last second.
