Alrighty...So where do I begin? Well the entrance fee staff was pleasant & courteous that's a good starter!! Then as I entered the skate rental area a youngman eagerly assisted with adjusting my wristband nicely. After that another nice youngman explained that he would lock my locker once I'm done putting my belongings away...and he did!!. So far a nice experience. After my skates were properly on as I entered the floor 3 more skateboards explained a couple of minor rules & attentively listened to my concerns & wished me well. So now here's the floor part...I glided cautiously because it had been a minute since I was on this particular floor. It made me a little...

Locker rooms are super small, making the team get dressed in shifts. Parking is crazy, you have to get a parking slip from the main gate, drop your children and then go find where to park. The lot ideally is UNDER the rink, but getting there is tricky, and the elevator is broken. Be prepared to walk 6 flights. We had a great day weather wise. I'm not sure how it would work out if the weather was bad. I have to say the staff was exceptionally helpful and everyone...
