I wish I could give 0. I gave iPhone 6 today at 3:30 for screen repair . The man (Prince) told me to come back in an hour . I came back around 4:15 and the doors were locked! No one answered the two phone numbers given . I left because it is cold out. Came back at 5 , no one . 5:30 , no one. I have work at 6:30. Got ready for work, came back at 6:15, no one ! I am late to work although I notified my job. I am highly upset about their lack of professionalism! The place was clean, good prices on most electronic devices & equipment, friendly advice & service, up-front pricing on my two Cellphones that needed repair, and finally very happy with the final out come of the work that was done.
