Updated : this is the only salon I trust with my and my little one’s hair . He recently got a perm to help tame his dense hair that lays flat . Once the perm was revealed he you saw his face light up . It’s really hard dealing with preteens and their fragile self image . This was definitely a confidence boost we needed before the end of summer .

I recently visited Si Seung Hee Hair Salon and had the pleasure of being styled by the owner I belive . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it was clear the staff here are true professionals. My stylist was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also made the experience so enjoyable with their sense of humor.

I did a sub par job explaining what i wanted and heavil relied on their expertise and experience. I asked her to give me a style based on my hair type and face shape. She even gave me some styling tips for at-home maintenance, which was greatly appreciated! But the highlight of the experience? Their playful sense of humor, especially when they noticed my, let's say, generous chest area. I was expecting a quiet, professional session, but instead, I got a few hilarious compliments that made the whole experience feel less like a service and more like a fun hangout with a friend.

I left not only looking great but feeling great too—definitely boosted my confidence. If you're looking for someone who’s not only skilled but makes you feel comfortable and at ease, this is the place to go....

I don't recommend this salon. I was charged double the posted price for short hair and, despite not being a very confrontational person, I did ask them about it.They repeated the same excuses, so I just paid, tipped, and left. Most importantly my hair was left UNEVEN ,especially my bangs, even after asking him twice to fix it. The stylist didn't know how to cut soft curtain bangs and neither cared and just left them uneven and choppy. It currently looks extremely out of place and choppy.He used a round brush, so I didn't realize it still needed to be fixed.

The stylist used high heat without any heat protection just to cut it, showing a lack of skill/ care with textured hair. There was no communication about potential extra charges or their inexperience with thick, wavy hair. Customers shouldn't be responsible for that.

I wish they had communicated with me beforehand so I could have gone elsewhere. The haircut was bad, and now i still have to get it fixed but because it’s already so short- it’s going to be even more difficult.

My hair also wasn't washed properly and felt greasy the next day because they only spent about 2 minutes washing it. Despite my appointment, I had to wait while they took other customers first while making some wait on the side after hair wash which is just ehh.

For a salon that’s so highly rated, I expected a better service...

Service: very poor and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place because they discriminate customers even though my mom made the official appointment. This business run with mom and daughter. The daughter stylist said, “I don’t have confidence to do old citizens, but only service to youth people”. The way of talking speech was very rude as cutting the words in high speech tone.

Cutting Skills: Very Poor; Unprofessional My mom who has very thin hair, so she doesn’t like the 톱 가위. Therefore, my mom didn’t like when the young stylist has been using it constantly. When my mom said not to use the scissor type, She denied and said it’s the stylish scissor in rude tone again. This young stylist needs to learn how to cut the hair and how to deal with the customer if the customer doesn’t like some particular way of cutting.

My mom used to run the nail salon service for a long period of time, so she tries not to fight with the young lady because there are other customers too. However, the young stylist treated my mom very rude from beginning to the end. She didn’t even said thank you when my mom gives her the tip.
