Synergy Plus LLC — Attraction in New York

I hired Jerry from synergy plus to replace 4 windows in my condo. I made it very clear to him that I wanted the frame of the new windows to remain as thin as possible like the old ones were. He assured me that the replacement frames would be 2.0 inches and I agreed. The windows frames he actually installed were 4.0 inches. I believe he measured the windows too small and filled in the gap (this is what the company who fixed it told me). Two of the four windows leaked every time it rained and the one in my bedroom never locked. Jerry was not present the day the windows were installed. The guys also left numerous stains on my kitchen counter from the calk. I since had all of the windows taken out and completely redone.
