This small store has limited selection, but is clean and useful for a quick errand. However, there is a persistent problem of slow or inefficient management of personnel: the electronics section - where simple iPhone cables are tightly locked - is almost always empty from a representative, using the “call associate” devices scarcely spread in the isles doesn’t help, and you have to walk back to the customer service area to get attention. Today, 4/9/25, in the middle of a busy morning (around 9:15) only one cashier was working and the store was empty from associates. Turns out, the store manager, in her infinite managerial wisdom, decided to hold some sort of cheerful all-hands meeting in the Starbucks area, emptying the store from help and leaving customers alone. She condescendingly apologized when asked why she had to leave the store empty in the middle of a work day. Nobody should be fired over it, perish the thought, but the lady should get leadership training and a conversation about common sense: a team meeting should take place either before the start of the shift, or, if there is a grave issue demanding swift attention (didn’t look like it, they were cheering and clapping) she could split the meeting into two. Hope to see improvement in understanding that customers are the heart of any business. Thank you.

**EDIT 11/10/24**Just wanted to say I appreciate the efforts to keep pets out of your store. I saw you installed a huge new "service animals only" sign out front. Thank you. **EDIT 2/3/24*** My experiences at this Target have been wonderful lately. Valerie is such a pleasant person to encounter; you guys are lucky to have her. There's an older gentleman who I often see around the front end who is always super nice. The handful of times I've had to resolve minor issues with the service desk, it has been quick and easy. It's been a while since I've seen pets roaming around the store. I feel like this complaint has been addressed. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5. --------------------------------- Dog policy is not followed AT ALL at this location. Why? I've watched dogs lick produce and shake their fur onto pillows and blankets. No one cares. All these pics were taken over the last month at this location. Dog culture is bonkers.... These animals do not belong in a store that sells food items.

went there to find some graphing paper. The first employee I encountered was a young lady. I asked her where the school supplies were, and she said, “That would be Section A, on your left.” I browsed through the various aisles with a confused look. An employee named Mike (with a reddish beard) asked if he could assist me. I said yes and asked where the graphing paper was. He walked me over to the paper section and said, “If we have it, it should be here.” He then used his handheld device to search for it. After kneeling down, he said it should be in that section. Less than a minute later, he pulled the graph paper out from underneath a pile of scattered paper packs. I was very impressed, as so many employees don’t take the time to ask if we need help—let alone go the extra mile to actually locate the product. Mike displayed an exceptional level of customer service today.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Target location. My sister went to return a few items using the barcode from my Target account, which I had sent her a screenshot of directly from my Wallet app. I work at another Target store, and we regularly accept barcode screenshots for returns because they’re clearly linked to verified accounts. However, at this location, not only did they refuse to even try scanning the barcode, but the staff at Guest Services were also rude and dismissive about it.

When the manager came over, she backed them up and insisted that screenshots aren’t accepted which is simply not true across the board. I know from experience that Guest Relations would have processed the return without a problem. Instead of being helpful or offering any alternatives, the tone and attitude were unnecessarily nasty.

This isn’t how Target is supposed to treat its guests. Very disappointing, especially when I know how returns are actually...
