Not a place to visit alone. Nooks, crannies, corners but if you do, good idea to let somebody know you're going there. Nice nature views. It's some of the people you have to be wary of.
Other than workers driving by in parks cars and jeeps, I don't see obvious signs of counter moves on NYC's part to let all know we're watching, we're monitoring. We won't let locals or Interlopers do bad by this park.
