Thunderbolt — Attraction in New York

I saw my life flash in my eyes while riding this. First you ride this vertical chain lift where you think about all your life choices that led to this moment. You are regretting everything as you climb up the 125 foot hill. Then your at the top (this moment feels longer than the whole coaster). Your stomach crumbles. You can see all of New York. Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, The Verrazano Bridge, Planes landing at JFK and LaGuardia. It horrifying. Then you fall. And your stomach drops so low it leaves a hole in the ground. You scream at the tip of your lungs. You celebrate, you finished the first drop. Then you realize... THERES MORE!!!! You twist, turn, shake, loop, frizzle, and it's real fun! Then you reach the tiny hills, and I know what your thinking, "these are lame, I'll make it in a Breeze". You thought wrong. These little devil hills are masking themselves under these tiny drops. In reality, they are worse than the first drop. You go up, and woosh! Your stomach drops so low that it is probably on the other side of the globe. It happens again!!!! You are horrified. Then you loop, and there's one last devil hill!!!! Then the ride is over. You celebrate, brag to all your friends. Then you say "I want to do it again". You rinse and repeat all the steps stated...

The staff is unprofessional. Here's the complaint that I had filed with them, and have not received any response-Please be advised that I have NOT received a response to this email.  Also, I'd telephoned and left two voice messages this past Sunday July 10th concerning yet another incident that happened the previous Saturday July 9th at the Thunderbolt.  Because I hadn't received any further communication from the previous occurrence I'd decided to pay the $12 for a physical copy of a photo after much discussion with one of your employees about the quality of the photo. There was no clear indication of a decent quality.  Upon purchasing the photo, I'd expressed my complete displeasure with the product.  I'd asked to see a supervisor which no one seemed to know whom it was.  twenty to thirty minutes of my time had been wasted and most staff who were involved were utterly unprofessional as they were passing the buck.  I would expect a response from your establishment in the very...

The ride was pretty good, but the staff was COMPLETELY and utterly RUDE. I went with my girlfriend (who wanted to go on an adrenaline pumping ride with me) and paid $10 per person, which is VERY overpriced for a 45 second ride. I was more than happy to pay for it because I THOUGHT it would have been nice to try WITH her, but the staff did not allow it. They put us in 2 SEPARATE rows, and when my girlfriend and I politely asked them if we could wait for the next cycle so we could sit TOGETHER, they told us that we could either stay seated in different rows, OR, (they told us with some attitude) that we could get off the roller coaster and just leave (and waste our $20 for the two tickets). There were no people waiting in line behind us that would have been disturbed, and no explanation as to why they were being disrespectful... Just employees being rude out of spite because they hate their job and they want to...
