Tony Yun: Allstate Insurance — Attraction in New York

Every time I call this office I almost expect a problem because over the years I have had issues with ALL of the insurance Companies that I have done business with. But that is not the same with Tony Yun Associates. They are polite, professional and they offer a wide range of products. Besides that, they are friendly. When I call I am greeted with “ Hi Joe, how are you?” That makes a big difference. They also do periodic assessments of my insurance needs and it usually means that I pay LESS than I was paying. The agent office never picks up the line on Saturday during business hours. Does not reply email or message on phone. I did the carp photo inspection at the instructed location but still shows photo inspection required according to Allstate website. Allstate customer service recommends to file a compliant against the service agent. The agent office does not work with the Allstate customer service to resolve the problem. I finally called the agent office during weekday hours and promised the issue will be fixed and call me back. The staff at the Shelter Rock Office was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Having moved out of state during the beginning of the Covid pandemic, Tony Yun and Richard Paek both helped me with specific issues involving termination of NY car and apartment insurance, surrender of NY plates, and termination of NY car registration.
