I love The Coffee Shop! It’s my favorite coffee shop and not only for the coffee which is excellent or for the delicious food which is also excellent, but because of the great atmosphere, overall vibe and the great people who own & work it. The owner Catherine, who everyone in the neighborhood knows and who she knows, is one of the most friendly, fun, cool, smart, and overall helpful people I know and I always look forward to seeing her and getting to chat for a few minutes. Everyone who works for Catherine are really awesome people too and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed while serving great coffee and food. You're not going to find a cuter, kinder, more delicious coffee shop than this. Every time I go here, it is the best part of my morning. The woman (who I assume is the owner) is so good at what she does and adds her special charm to each visit. Great vegan options (vegan sandwiches, vegan pesto, yummm), delicious pastries. My bf and I are obsessed with the spinach ricotta turnover. Goat cheese quiche is just ridiculously out of this world. This place is all around the best morning pick-me-up.
