Really disappointed with my experience here on 4/7/22...The cashier, Roxanna, overcharged me for two items and when I pointed it out, her response was lumbering at best:
She asked me to show her the items, which turned into me having to walk her to the location of the items in the store as I tried to resolve this before rushing to another appointment despite her walking slowly several paces behind me as she ate a snack.
The correct, discounted price for my items could be seen from the end of the aisle in bold lettering against a brightly colored poster, but Roxanna insisted on slowly walking through the aisle right up to the items as she ate her sandwich, slowly examined them silently and intently as I pointed both two posters near the items, and then slowly walked back to the checkout counter to refund me the cash difference in silence.
It's one thing for an employee not to know something about the place they work, but is it the customer's job to teach them? Something...

My girlfriend took a pack of chicken out to cook. The meat itself did not smell fresh but it did not smell rancid either. She proceeds to make the chicken and when I took my first bite, I spit it out because it was clearly spoiled chicken. After this, we went through the other chicken in our fridge and sure enough WE HAD SPOILED CHICKEN THAT SUPPOSEDLY WAS FRESH. After speaking to the manager and corporate, they informed me of their strict 3 day perishable food rule. After complaining, the girl Jasmine from corporate offered to have the manager give me a free pack of chicken 😂😂😂😂😂
My advice is if you buy spoiled chicken from here, DO NOT SPIT IT OUT JUST EAT IT, GET SICK (hopefully live) AND SUE THEM. CLEARLY THIS IS...
Read moreNope straight up scaming people here. To many times I bought food only for it to be spoiled or spoil shortly after purchase. Especially their meat, particularly their chicken. If you see the packaging looks sweaty on the inside or if the meat smells like vinegar when you open it or taste like vinegar after cooking it (despite not cleaning it vinegar) DO NOT CONSUME IT. Its spoiled. The prices are never consistent with what they have displayed on shelves and what you end up paying when they ring it up. To many times I was overcharged for items that were on "sale" and having to go back to prove to them that it read on sale on the shelf to get my money back. I've seen this done on so many other customers as well when they pay, so do not trust the prices on the shelves and always check your receipt. It's crazy how they haven't been...
