Gustoso — Restaurant in New York

I don't want to complain bcz the food is great. But how can I order food if no one speaks english. How can you read your reviews. At least learn to communicate the menu so people can order over the phone. Like Chinese restaurants. Just takes a small effort. Plus obviously will gain more customers who will feel comfortable going to your place to buy food. This is a community restaurant make it so that anyone can come in and feel at home and welcomed. I worked at a restaurant for many yrs, (a hello how can I help you) with a smile 😃 helps a lot you'll be surprized..with the train station right their you should be making 7k to 10k every other day...take advantage of the traffic by being more cheerful when people walk in. The service here is horrible and they're a bunch of liars. I placed an order the day before for my order to arrive at a certain time and when it doesn't arrive they blame the delivery guy. So i went to the restaurant to pick it up because supposedly it was "ready" but when I got there (45 minutes after our agreed upon time) they were packing the food. So no it wasn't ready, no it wasn't the delivery driver, and no it wasn't because we didn't give enough notice. It is super upsetting because he only reason we order from them is because my colleague knows the manager. But for horrible service, (numerous times) I'd rather go to Rico Pollo only a few steps away and they have multiple restaurants too so they definitely know how to handle...

If i could give zero starts I would. By far one of the worst restaurant the neighborhood, I ordered directly to the restaurant and had to repeat myself several times to give my order. Waited 1 hour and 20 mins for my food, had to call several times regarding the delivery of my order and it came incomplete. The quesadillas I ordered was delivered to another house and was never replaced, the delivery person called twice that he was in front of my house and he wasn't, we kept searching for him till he finally showed up. The foods was lukewarm, didn't look edible. By far the worst service and restaurant ever and it was our first time ordering from them, never again!! I was better off eating a can of spaghetti and meatballs...
